Duties and Tasks: 

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other related duties may be assigned.
• Respond to and/or direct inquiries in person or on the phone.
• Maintain data entry or process any office documents.
• Perform clerical duties in support of department.

Additional Requirements: 

Ability to assist with event planning, set-up and clean up.

Campus Specific Requirements: 

EVC - Recruiting students to participate in activities, create flyers, help with set up and break down of events and equipment, answer questions visitors have, interact with various departments, answer phone calls, perform clerical office duties, computer experience is a plus. Job does involve liftin of boxes up to 25 lbs.

NRG - Student will be facilitating events on campus which may require lifting up to 25lbs.

PIN - Weekend and evening hours available. Recruit and engage students in SL activities, coordinate activities, create posters and flyers, set up/breakdown for events, pass out refreshments, advertise SL during classroom presentations, lift tables and chairs, as well as other SL duties as needed.

RGC - Some evenings until 7:00 p.m. and some weekends required. Duties include event planning; maintaining bulletin boards, storage room and media cabinet; updating office decor; front desk coverage; upkeep of information booths; assisting SL staff; and various duties as assigned.

SAC - Weekend and evening hours available. Recruit and engage students in SL activities, coordinate activities, create posters and flyers, set up/breakdown for events, pass out refreshments, advertise SL during classroom presentations, lift tables and chairs, as well as other SL duties as needed.
