Description: A general survey of dance forms designed to create an appreciation of the vocabulary, techniques and purposes of the creative process. This course includes critical interpretation and evaluations of choreographic works and dance forms within cultural and historical contexts.

Course delivery method is ONL asynchronous. There are no required meeting times. Students will need reliable access to the internet and a computer, tablet, or similar device with a webcam and a microphone. Please log in to the Blackboard Course by the start date for specific course information. This is a ZTC (Zero Textbook Cost) section. In place of required textbooks, all textbook materials needed for the class will be available online to students free of charge.
