Introduction to Playwriting. Prerequisite: English 1301.
Playwriting will guide you to create theater works for the stage and to see, think, question, feel, and respond to the many dimensions of dramatic writing. No previous creative writing experience is required. The class asks you to activate and trust your creative impulses, while offering you tools to help you create plays that express your stories, passions, experiments, obsessions, through your own awesome, unique voice(s).  And we will do all of this through an inclusive, anti-racist approach to working, listening, making things, and learning together. Course instruction is online and eliminates geography as a factor.
