Hyflex Classroom Sections (FLX) - A face-to-face (F2F), synchronous course section that allows students to attend virtually on any given class day. An ACC ID card and personal safety measures will be required when on campus or on site.

A FREE student version of ArcGIS Pro will be provided to all classroom and online students.
Software and Hardware Requirements: Students must have a computer with a Windows operating system that capable of running the desktop version of ArcGIS Pro (system requirements). A webcam and a microphone are required for online exam proctoring, meetings, and tutoring sessions.
NOTE:
ArcGIS Pro only runs on the Windows operating system. It will not run on a Chromebook. Mac users will need to install either Apple Boot Camp or Parallels. Support for this setup will not be provided by GIS faculty.

Hyflex courses allow the student to attend the scheduled course meeting times either on-campus or online via web meeting. This is a ZTC (Zero Textbook Cost) section. In place of required textbooks, all textbook materials needed for the class will be available online to students free of charge. Students may print copies of the resources but will be responsible for printing costs. Course materials may be Open Educational Resources (OER), see syllabus for specifics.
