Topics to be covered are The Nature of Law and Legal Rights, The Court System and Dispute Resolution, Business Ethics, Administrative Agencies, The Constitution as the Foundation of the Legal Environment, Crimes, Torts, Contracts, Intellectual Property, and Personal Property and Bailment.
