Humanities:  Renaissance to Present is an Honors course with a focus on Give Peace a Chance.  It has RESTRICTED ENROLLMENT.  Please contact the Honors Program at honors@austincc.edu or visit the website austincc.edu/honors for enrollment information. This course relates topics in HUMA 1301 to questions of war, peace, social justice and conflict resolution. It is part of ACC's Peace and Conflict Studies program, but is open to all Honors students and counts as a standard HUMA 1302 course. This course also relates topics in HUMA 1302 to the diversity, complexity and interdependence of the world community and current global issues. It can also be counted as part of ACC's Global Studies program. This course is designated as a First Day Access Textbook course. This section includes a fee to cover the costs of required digital materials and/or an electronic textbook, provided at a discounted rate from the ACC Bookstore. NOTE: The digital materials fee will be added to your tuition and fees when you register.
