The Real Estate College Credit program is also accredited by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). Students are encouraged to consult with TREC for the lists of Qualifying Education Providers and Qualifying Continuing Education Providers. ACC Real Estate College Credit Program is certified to offer Qualifying Education and here are the certification letters for those credit courses.

Texas Real Estate Exam Prep is provided at no cost to ACC Real Estate students who are preparing to take the state-mandated exam to become Real Estate Licensees in Texas. As of October 1, 2023 the Real Estate Brokerage course will be required as part of the 30-hour requirement to renew a sales license. Students completing the Real Estate Certificate to apply for a sales license may take this class as an elective.
Students applying for the Real Estate broker's license, must be complete the Real Estate Brokerage course not more than two years before the application date. Please contact the department for more information.
