Donate by Mail or In-person

Download and complete the donation card and mail it with your check to the ACC Foundation office.

For an approved in-kind donation, fill out the in-kind donation form.

Donate by Payroll Deduction (for ACC Employees)

Fill out the ACC Foundation payroll deduction form and return to Foundation staff.

State Employee Charitable Campaign

ACC employees and other state employees can support the Foundation through the annual State Employee Charitable Campaign. The Foundation matches each contribution dollar for dollar.
